Cancellation Policy

• No refund will be issued for rescheduling requests made WITHIN 24 hours notice. • No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time has started passed, regardless of the circumstances. • We understand that unforeseen events can occur, making it necessary to reschedule appointments. To facilitate this process, please adhere to the following guidelines: • Advance Notice: To reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. • Scheduling requests made WITHIN 24 hours of the reservation time will be treated as a cancellation with NO REFUND! • Rescheduling Limits: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to one time only. Any rescheduling after the first rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
